No you can cancel at any time, however part of your monthly plan is to keep your website maintained, running and live for the world to see. In cancelling your plan some or all of our services may be reduced or removed.
If you wish to migrate your website to another provider once it is built there may be a migration fee. While it hasn’t happened this is in place to protect us and minimise customers having us build their website and then migrating to another provider after one or two months on one of our plans.

Be clear, concise, descriptive and as specific as possible when you make a request for changes or updates to your website. Provide us with as much information you can possibly and leave our team with minimal guess work, that way you are more likely to get what you want.
Be detailed with your requests. As an example, “I want this image to go on the about page and to take up 1/3 of the width of the page and have a light blue border around it with rounded corners” is far more descriptive then “can you place this image on my website somewhere that you think makes sense”.
By being descriptive, specific and providing as much information as possible, gives us less room for interpretation and chances are we will get the changes made correctly with clearer more detailed instruction.
