Case study feedback

As part of our effort to promote our clients and their businesses, we like to create case studies that go on our website detailing your journey while we worked alongside you in building your website.

If you could answer the following questions 3 times while video recording that would be fantastic! (if you have a different answer each time that’s fine). This will allow us to take sections of each recording and edit them into one cohesive video, so if you need a moment to think or you stutter there’s genuinely no stress and chances are we can edit things to make it seamless.

    1. Give us a bit of a background to you and your business and what it is you do?
    2. What problems did you have with your website before and how were they affecting you or your business? Or if you did not have a website to begin with, what problems were you hoping to solve or outcome were you trying to achieve with a website?
    3. What other solutions or options did you consider for your website? What made you decide to go with us?
    4. What risks did you consider when looking to have your website built or what reservations did you have and how did we address those risks or reservations?
    5. What are the 3 biggest things you loved about working with us and having our help?
    6. What benefits have you seen and what would you say to other people considering us for a website?

 

We expect this to take about 10 minutes of your time and as a thanks for submitting your recorded feedback we will apply a $100 credit to your account for use when you next want our service.
